  • Booking & Scheduling Data: When you book a consultation with NBLK LLC on nblk.co, we collect your email, name, the details you share about your project, and, if you choose to receive booking texts, your mobile number and your text message consent. When you use a scheduling product such as FADE™, we may process names, mobile phone numbers, appointment times, and related booking details provided by you or by the person who added you as a contact.
  • Cookies and IP Data: Data about your interaction with our website, including IP address, browser details, and usage patterns, to improve website functionality and user experience.
  • Job Applications: Resumes and personal details submitted through our careers page.
  • Email Subscriptions: Information provided when subscribing to newsletters or marketing communications, including tracking engagement with these emails.

How We Use Your Information

NBLK LLC processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
  • To deliver scheduling and appointment features, including sending booking links, confirmations, and reminders.

SMS / Text Messaging

NBLK LLC runs two text message programs. Each one has its own way to sign up.

NBLK® Booking Text Messages. When you book a consultation with NBLK LLC on nblk.co, you can choose to get text messages about your booking. To sign up, you check the text message box on the booking page and then enter your mobile number. The box is not checked for you, and you do not have to check it to book. These texts include booking confirmations, reminders before your call, notices if your time changes or is cancelled, and replies to messages you send us about your booking. We do not send marketing or promotional texts in this program.

FADE™. FADE™ sends booking links, appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates. You will only receive FADE™ text messages if you have provided your mobile number and agreed to be contacted, or if a person you do business with adds you as a contact after you have agreed to receive their appointment messages.

For both programs:

  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on your booking and appointment activity.
  • Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance.
  • Carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No sharing for marketing: We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number and text message consent are used only to send you the messages you asked for.

Cookies
