OKRA™ Terms, Build Policy & Data Policy

1. Scope of Services

OKRA™ is a structured digital launch product designed for new and early-stage businesses requiring a foundational website, web application, or digital presence.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the base OKRA™ package includes:

• Up to four (4) structured pages
• One (1) primary call-to-action
• Standard layout framework
• Mobile-responsive configuration
• Basic deployment
• CMS access for text and content updates

OKRA™ is not a fully custom enterprise development engagement. Any features, functionality, integrations, or design modifications outside the defined package scope require written approval and may incur additional fees.

No work outside defined scope will be performed without agreement.

2. Deposit Requirement

• A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
• Standard deposit: $100 unless otherwise stated.
• The deposit secures a build slot and initiates the wireframe process.
• After wireframe approval, deposits are non-refundable.
• If the wireframe is declined within the 48-hour review window (see Section 3), 75% of the deposit will be refunded. Third-party processing fees are non-refundable.
• NBLK® reserves the right to decline projects prior to wireframe delivery at its discretion.

3. Wireframe & Revision Policy

After deposit confirmation:

• A structured wireframe will be delivered within 24 hours unless otherwise specified.
• One (1) structured revision session is included.

Client responsibilities:

• Feedback must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Feedback must be consolidated into a single response.
• Failure to respond within 48 hours constitutes approval.

Additional revisions beyond the included revision session may incur additional fees.

If Client requests revisions after the 48-hour window, OKRA™ may treat the wireframe as approved and proceed with the build, or quote additional work.

4. Build Timeline

Standard delivery is seven (7) business days after wireframe approval, unless otherwise stated. Delivery depends on Client responsiveness and content readiness.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the deposit review rules above. Once a build has commenced after approval (explicitly or by failure to respond within the review window), fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
