Founder & Managing Director
Anthony (Kuma) Washington
Kuma founded NBLK® on a single conviction: small businesses deserve the same data infrastructure, automation and technology advantages that large enterprises take for granted — without the recurring costs that quietly erode their bottom line.
With nearly two decades in civil service and large-scale data systems and operations, he brings institutional systems experience into entrepreneurial contexts. His focus is on aligning business diagnostics and STEM career pathways with the needs of small and growing organizations.
A Note from the Founder
"When I started NBLK, I wasn't trying to build another agency. I was trying to solve a problem I kept seeing up close: small businesses bleeding money on software subscriptions, locked out of their own data, and priced out of the talent market that could actually help them.
The tech industry has conditioned businesses to rent everything — their websites, their analytics, their customer data, their automation. It's a model designed for the vendor, not the business owner. I wanted to build the opposite.
NBLK builds systems that businesses own. We hand over every credential, every line of code, every asset. And when a business needs technical talent — for a project, a quarter, or a pivot — we connect them with the right people without the overhead of traditional hiring.
We call it Empowerment Through Data Development — and it's more than a tagline. It's the principle behind every product we've launched, every initiative we run, and every partnership we enter."

What Drives NBLK
Ownership over subscriptions
Every system we build is handed over — credentials, codebase, infrastructure. No lock-ins. No recurring fees eroding your margins.
Access is non-negotiable
The same data and technology advantages available to enterprises should be within reach for the businesses that need them most.
Build with, not for
We partner alongside founders and operators. We don't disappear after delivery — we ensure teams can run what we build.
